Returns are accepted only for products that arrive damaged. Please read the conditions below before placing an order. This is the same as our refund policy.

We strive to deliver each product in perfect condition. However, returns are accepted only in the case of damaged products, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
  • A clear and continuous unpacking (unboxing) video is mandatory from the moment the package is opened.
  • The video must clearly show the product, packaging, and the damage without any cuts or edits.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchange Items

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
  1. Size or fit issues
  2. Color or design preferences
  3. Change of mind
  4. Slight variations in color or texture due to lighting or screen resolution
  • No exchanges are provided under any circumstances.

Return Request Process

  • Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the unpacking video and order details.
  • Requests without a valid unpacking video will not be approved.

Condition of Returned Items

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
